In today's podcast, I am joined by one of my wonderful clients, Mel, to talk about her incredible success story. Mel and I have been working together for just 4 months, and she’s already making amazing changes both physically and mentally.

Before Mel joined my program, she had tried different challenges and diets. She was training six times a week and had a solid knowledge of nutrition, training, and mental well-being. However, she felt something was missing. Despite all her knowledge, she couldn’t hold herself accountable.

Four months and some accountability later, she’s making epic progress. This transformation is not only visible physically but is also having a positive impact on other areas of her life, which is what fitness is all about.
