Cy: Ymhell yn y parc cenedlaethol Eryri, roedd tri anturiaethwyr ifanc yn cael penwythnos wedi'i dreulio gyda'i gilydd.
En: Deep in the Snowdonia National Park, three young adventurers were spending a weekend together.
Cy: Roedd gan Aneirin, Carys ac Iestyn bob un eu hoff adeilad debygol yn y cae, a roedd y tri'n mwynhau'r golygfeydd prydferth.
En: Aneirin, Carys, and Iestyn each had their favorite probable shelter in the field, and the trio enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
Cy: Roedd y prynhawn hwyl.
En: The afternoon was fun.
Cy: Yn araf, fe wnaeth cwmwl tywyll ddod dros y mynyddoedd a dechrau gollwng glaw.
En: Slowly, a dark cloud came over the mountains and began to drop rain.
Cy: "Mae'r tywydd yn newid," meddai Aneirin, yn edrych i'r awyr.
En: “The weather is changing,” said Aneirin, looking at the sky.
Cy: Roedd e'n arweinydd gyda llawer o brofiad, ond roedd ganddo ofn cudd o stormydd.
En: He was a seasoned leader but had a hidden fear of storms.
Cy: Roedd Carys, yn edrych lan at ei brawd hŷn, yn awyddus i'w ddilyn.
En: Carys, looking up at her older brother, was eager to follow him.
Cy: "Wnawn ni aros yma am y noson?" gofynnodd Carys.
En: “Shall we stay here for the night?” asked Carys.
Cy: Roedd hi'n gweld ochr anturus i bopeth.
En: She saw an adventurous side to everything.
Cy: Roedd Iestyn, y ffrind teulu agos, yn cytuno gan fod ganddo sgiliau datrys problemau da, ond roedd yn aml yn teimlo'n llai pwysig wrth ochr Aneirin.
En: Iestyn, the close family friend, agreed as he had good problem-solving skills but often felt less significant next to Aneirin.
Cy: "Nac ydyn," atebodd Aneirin yn dawel.
En: “No,” Aneirin answered quietly.
Cy: "Perig yw storm. Mae'n well symud."
En: “Storms are dangerous. It’s better to move.”
Cy: Ond roedd y gwlybaniaeth ac aderyn aelwyd yn gwasgu ar ei ofn.
En: But the wetness and storm bird weighed on his fear.
Cy: Roedd afon yn tyfu'n wyllt gerllaw.
En: A river nearby was swelling wildly.
Cy: "Mae'n normol dweud yn fwy diogel," pwysleisiodd Iestyn.
En: “It’s normally safer to stay,” emphasized Iestyn.
Cy: "Ond rwy'n deall eich barn Aneirin, efallai y byddai'n anodd."
En: “But I understand your viewpoint, Aneirin; it might be difficult.”
Cy: Roedd ychwanegu at ei brawddu yn pwyso ar Carys. "Beth ddylem ni wneud?"
En: Adding to her brother's pressure, Carys asked, “What should we do?”
Cy: "Rydyn ni'n symud i'r lle diogelaf. Yw’r ogof honno i fyny’r bryn." Dywedodd Aneirin.
En: “We move to the safest place. That cave up the hill,” Aneirin said.
Cy: Gyda'r glaw yn tywallt ac ystorm yn taro o amgylch, y tri ohonynt yn dringo'n araf at ochrau’r afon sy'n chwyddo.
En: With the rain pouring and storm striking all around, the three of them climbed slowly toward the sides of the swelling river.
Cy: Pob cam o'r ffordd, roedd coedwydd o dropiau mawr o fawr a gwelwiau rhewllyd yn eu hamgylchynu.
En: Each step of the way, they were surrounded by trees dripping large drops of water and icy chills.
Cy: Pan daflodd mellt tymheredd ger eu traed, roedd Carys yn syn crynnu.
En: When lightning struck near their feet, Carys shuddered in shock.
Cy: "What now?" galwodd Iestyn tra'n wynebu'r dŵr wyllt.
En: “What now?” called Iestyn while facing the wild water.
Cy: Roedd yn erbyn yr amgylchiad, ond weithiau yn teimlo fel goresgyn.
En: He felt challenged by the circumstances, but at times felt like overcoming them.
Cy: Roedd wyneb Aneirin yn dynn â phenderfynoldeb.
En: Aneirin’s face was tight with determination.
Cy: "Rydyn ni'n croesi," meddai.
En: “We cross,” he said.
Cy: Gafaelodd yn dynn yn llaw Carys a gafaelodd Iestyn wrth ochr eraill o'i law.
En: He took a firm hold of Carys’s hand and held Iestyn’s hand with his other.
Cy: *Gyda'u gefn yn wynebu'r gwynt a'u hosgo'n gefnogog, bydent yn croesi'r afon.*
En: *With their backs facing the wind and their stances supportive, they would cross the river.*
Cy: Cymerodd llanw'r dŵr liw bychan ac am eiliad roedd rhywun yn teimlo fel y byddai hwsmon lladron yn dwyn pob un ohonynt i'w du.
En: The floodwaters momentarily took on a slight hue, and for a moment, it felt as if a powerful current would sweep them all away.
Cy: Ond roedden nhw'n dal i gafael a chroesi yn gyfan, yn meddiannu eu galluoedd eu hunain.
En: But they held on and crossed intact, mastering their own abilities.
Cy: Gyda'u traed yn saff ar y bryd sydd wedi'u chwerthin anadlu, daeth y teimlad o gyflawniad.
En: With their feet safely on the other side, a feeling of accomplishment settled in.
Cy: Roedd y mynyddoedd yn gwibio'r awyr fel anwestedig cwmwl.
En: The mountains seemed to whisk the sky away like unsettled clouds.
Cy: Yn olau'r gof, roedd y tri anturus yn cydio gyda'i gilydd mewn llwyddiant eu huchafbwynt.
En: In the light of the cave, the three adventurers clung together in the triumph of their peak achievement.
Cy: "Gobeithio bod popeth yn iawn," sylwodd Carys wrth ymuno â'r llecyn yn y cysgod, yn edmygu curiad calon ei brawd a carismatig.
En: “I hope everything will be okay,” remarked Carys as they joined the sheltered spot, admiring her brother's heart beat and charisma.
Cy: "Iawn, bydd popeth yn iawn," meddai Aneirin, yn wynebu'r ofnau hynny nawr gydag egni newydd.
En: “Yes, everything will be fine,” said Aneirin, facing those fears now with newfound energy.
Cy: Roedd yn adnabod trwy gyd-fynd yn neilltuedig ‘roedd wedi cael hyd i rywogaeth newydd o ddewrder ei hun.
En: He realized that through the shared challenge, he had discovered a new kind of bravery within himself.
Cy: "Nol pob un, mae hynny wedi profi bod union cynllunio'n arwain y ffordd," ychwanegodd Iestyn, yn ymddangos yn fwy hyderus a balch wrth sylweddoli bod ei gryfder wedyn yn ennill newydd statws gyda'i ffrind tîm.
En: “All in all, it proved that proper planning leads the way,” added Iestyn, appearing more confident and proud, recognizing that his strength had gained new status among his team friends.
Cy: Roddent yn gwerthfawrogi’r profiad yn yr ogof sych, diogel a ddiogelu, wedi'u newid gan yr her.
En: They appreciated the experience in the dry, safe, and protected cave, transformed by the challenge.
Cy: Roedd y trip hwn yn achosi mwy o chwerthin, cysylltiad a gwell dealltwriaeth rhwng y tri pherson, yn gyfoethoca.
