Today is a huge day. KYPO is pumped to welcome our newest COACH, Sam Wierzbicki (@samwellnutrition)! Sam is a soon to be RD (Registered Dietitian) finishing her Masters as a Dietetic Intern at NYU. She is incredibly brilliant, a dynamic communicator, and has already added so much to this industry.

"There is no way that your willpower is going to override the basic biochemical mechanism of the body needing food and nutrients.
