Story Transcript:

Hr: Jednog sunčanog jutra u malenom selu, Luka je zakoračio u svoju omiljenu trgovinu.
En: One sunny morning in a small village, Luka stepped into his favorite store.

Hr: Nosio je svoj uobičajeni šešir i pjevušio melodiju koju je čuo s radija.
En: He wore his usual hat and hummed a tune he had heard on the radio.

Hr: U isto vrijeme, Ana, sramežljiva djevojka s kraja sela, već je birala povrće koje joj je trebalo za večeru.
En: At the same time, Ana, a shy girl from the other end of the village, was already picking out vegetables for her dinner.

Hr: Njih dvoje su se viđali u trgovini već nekoliko puta, ali nikada nisu razmijenili više od pozdrava.
En: They had seen each other in the store several times, but had never exchanged more than greetings.

Hr: Tog dana, međutim, zbog žurbe i pomiješanih misli, njihove su se sudbine neočekivano ispreplele.
En: That day, however, due to rush and mixed thoughts, their destinies unexpectedly intertwined.

Hr: Luka je stavljao namirnice u svoju platnenu torbu dok je razmišljao o popravku ograde oko svog vrta.
En: As Luka put groceries into his cloth bag, he thought about repairing the fence around his garden.

Hr: Ana, pak, s crvenilom na obrazima zgrabila je posljednje stvari koje su joj bile potrebne, koje su, usput budi rečeno, bile pomalo neugodne i osobne.
En: Meanwhile, with a blush on her cheeks, Ana quickly grabbed the last items she needed, which, by the way, were a bit uncomfortable and personal.

Hr: Kada su došli do kase, oboje su stavili svoje torbe na pult i istog su ih trenutka podignuli nakon plaćanja, ne primjećujući da su pokupili tuđu torbu.
En: When they reached the checkout, they both placed their bags on the counter and picked them up right after paying, without noticing that they had taken each other's bag.

Hr: Luka je već bio na pola puta do svog bicikla kad je čuo Anin uzvik.
En: Luka was already halfway to his bike when he heard Ana's exclamation.

Hr: "Oprostite, mislim da imamo zamijenjene torbe!
En: "Excuse me, I think we have swapped bags!"

Hr: "Ali Luka je bio previše zamišljen da bi čuo njezin glas.
En: But Luka was too lost in thought to hear her voice.

Hr: Sjeo je na svoj bicikl i odvezao se kući.
En: He hopped on his bike and rode home.

Hr: Ana, zbunjena, pogledala je u torbu koju je uzela i odmah primijetila Lukin grubi prugasti šešir na vrhu.
En: Confused, Ana looked into the bag she had taken and immediately noticed Luka's rough striped hat on top.

Hr: U panici, stisnula je torbu uz sebe i počela trčati prema Lukinoj kući, nadajući se da još nije vidio sadržaj njene torbe.
En: In a panic, she clutched the bag and started running towards Luka's house, hoping he hadn't seen the contents of her bag.

Hr: Doma, Luka je otvorio torbu i ugledao paketiće i bočice čiji nazivi i namjene nisu bili ništa manje nego šokantni.
En: At home, Luka opened the bag and saw packets and bottles whose names and purposes were nothing short of shocking.

Hr: Obaraši pogled, zapitao se što bi Ana uopće mogla s tim.
En: Lowering his gaze, he wondered what on earth Ana could possibly need those for.

Hr: U tom trenutku, njegova zbrka rastjerala je sve ostale misli.
En: In that moment, his confusion scattered all other thoughts.

Hr: Ana je, uzimajući skoro svu svoju hrabrost, zakucala na Lukina vrata.
En: Taking almost all of her courage, Ana knocked on Luka's door.
