CASJ operates from the perspective of acceptance first, then reducing or eliminating boundaries that separate these people from their community and become a bridge between community and government and communicate the needs of Long Islanders, negotiate resources, then collaboratively utilize those resources in the most effective, efficient, and transparent manner possible.
