In Kyiv, Ukraine, the Kremlin's spokesman criticized recent comments made by French President Emmanuel Macron and British Foreign Secretary David Cameron regarding the conflict in Ukraine, stating they will exacerbate international tensions.
Macron's suggestion of the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine was described by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as "a very important and very dangerous statement." Peskov expressed concern over the potential direct French involvement in the conflict, calling it "a very dangerous trend."
