While depressing at times discussing this team and organization, it was a great discussion!

But first, we dove into the Russell Wilson trade to Denver? Are we glad the Eagles didn't pull the trigger to give up the assets that Denver did? (approx. 7:40)

Then we shifted the conversation to another NFL storyline - the Calvin Ridley suspension as he was gambling and betting on his team. Was the punishment appropriate, or did the NFL botch this one up as well? (approx. 20:55)

From there, we got into a bunch of NBA and Sixers talk as Ben Simmons and his agency plan on filing a grievance based on the fans reaction to him coming back to the Wells Fargo Center. Also, the MVP race between Embiid, Jokic, and Giannis is heating up and fun to watch! (approx. 32:15)

What we threw down on the Table was a great discussion with Samantha Wismer from Flyers Nitty Gritty about the painful future we're about to witness with this Flyers team and organization. We started with a discussion about Claude Giroux and Rasmus Ristolainen. Should the rebuild start at the trade deadline this year?
