Da: Den daglige trafik i København summede lavt.
En: The daily traffic in Copenhagen hummed softly.

Da: Det var en kølig eftermiddag, og Lars stod i sit køkken.
En: It was a cool afternoon, and Lars was in his kitchen.

Da: Amalie, hans bedste veninde, kom snart.
En: Amalie, his best friend, would be arriving soon.

Da: Det var tid til deres årlige hyggefest.
En: It was time for their annual cozy party.

Da: Ved disken stak han ud med agurker og skar radiser til de fine smørrebrød.
