Lt: Saulėtą vasaros dieną po apokalipsės, Kuršių nerijos krantais vandenys plakėsi ramiai.
En: On a sunny summer day after the apocalypse, the waters lapped gently against the shores of the Curonian Spit.

Lt: Užleistos smėlio kopos ir griuvėsiai stiepėsi iki horizonto.
En: Abandoned sand dunes and ruins stretched to the horizon.

Lt: Tyla čia buvo neįprasta.
En: The silence here was unusual.

Lt: Tarp griuvėsių ir užaugusių krūmų, Dovydas ieškojo maisto ir vandens.
En: Among the ruins and overgrown bushes, David searched for food and water.
