Ca: El sol brillava fort sobre Barcelona, escampant calor per tots els racons.
En: The sun shone brightly over Barcelona, spreading heat across every corner.

Ca: Montjuïc, amb el seu castell imponent, estava ple de vida.
En: Montjuïc, with its imposing castle, was full of life.

Ca: Turistes i grups d'estudiants admiraven la història que s'amagava darrere les seves parets de pedra.
En: Tourists and groups of students admired the history hidden behind its stone walls.

Ca: Entre tots ells, Jordi i Laia caminaven juntament amb el seu grup de classe.
En: Among them, Jordi and Laia walked along with their class group.

Ca: Jordi estava emocionat.
En: Jordi was excited.

Ca: Havia llegit en alguna part que el Castell de Montjuïc amagava un passatge secret.
En: He had read somewhere that Montjuïc Castle hid a secret passage.

En: Despite her desire to be more daring, her fear of disappointing others kept her on alert.

Ca: La seva professora, la senyora Berenguer, havia estat clara.
En: Their teacher, Mrs. Berenguer, had been clear.

Ca: Els límits establerts eren estrictes.
En: The established boundaries were strict.

Ca: No podien separar-se del grup.
En: They couldn't separate from the group.

Ca: Jordi, però, tenia una altra idea en ment.
En: Jordi, however, had another idea in mind.

Ca: "Laia, creus que ens podríem escapar del grup una estona? Podríem trobar aquell passatge secret... és ara o mai," li va proposar Jordi, amb una veu plena d'emoció però també de dubtes.
En: "Laia, do you think we could sneak away from the group for a while? We could find that secret passage… it's now or never," he proposed to Laia, with a voice full of excitement but also doubts.

Ca: Laia va dubtar.
En: Laia hesitated.

Ca: Sabia que podien ficar-se en problemes.
En: She knew they could get into trouble.

Ca: Però també sabia que aquesta era la seva oportunitat de ser valenta, de sortir de la seva zona de confort.
En: But she also knew this was her chance to be brave, to step out of her comfort zone.

Ca: Va respirar profundament.
En: She took a deep breath.

Ca: "D'acord, Jordi. Però només una estoneta," va dir Laia, amb decisió.
En: "Alright, Jordi. But only for a little while," Laia said, with determination.

Ca: Amb cura, van allunyar-se del grup.
En: Carefully, they distanced themselves from the group.

Ca: Van passar per sales antigues, escales fosques i finalment van arribar a una porta vella, mig amagada darrere unes plantes.
En: They passed through old rooms, dark stairs, and finally came to an old door, half-hidden behind some plants.

Ca: Jordi va assenyalar-la emocionat.
En: Jordi pointed at it excitedly.

Ca: Estava segur que allà s'amagava el passatge.
En: He was sure the passage was hidden there.

Ca: De sobte, van sentir la veu de la senyora Berenguer cridant-los.
En: Suddenly, they heard Mrs. Berenguer's voice calling them.

Ca: Els nervis van apoderar-se de Laia.
En: Nerves overtook Laia.

Ca: Jordi va mirar la porta i després a Laia.
En: Jordi looked at the door and then at Laia.

Ca: "Què fem ara?" va preguntar Jordi, lluitant contra la seva pròpia por de decebre els seus pares, que sempre esperaven que seguís les regles.
En: "What do we do now?" Jordi asked, struggling against his own fear of disappointing his parents, who always expected him to follow the rules.

Ca: "Anem cap enrere. No vull causar més problemes," va dir Laia, sentint que havia estat prou valenta per avui.
En: "Let's go back. I don't want to cause more trouble," said Laia, feeling she had been brave enough for one day.

Ca: Van tornar ràpidament al grup, just a temps per veure que la senyora Berenguer no semblava enfadada, sinó una mica somrient.
En: They quickly returned to the group, just in time to see that Mrs. Berenguer didn't seem angry, but rather a bit smiling.

Ca: "Ara que tothom torna a estar aquí, us explicaré una cosa interessant sobre el castell," va dir la professora.
En: "Now that everyone is back here, I'll tell you something interesting about the castle," the teacher said.

Ca: "Hi ha un passatge secret que explorarem a la propera visita."
En: "There is a secret passage that we will explore on our next visit."

Ca: Jordi i Laia es van mirar sorpresos.
En: Jordi and Laia looked at each other in surprise.

Ca: Havien estat a punt de descobrir-ho, però en tornar amb el grup, ara sabien que tindrien una altra oportunitat.
En: They had almost discovered it, but by returning to the group, now they knew they would have another chance.

Ca: En acabar la visita, Jordi va sentir una sensació nova.
En: At the end of the visit, Jordi felt a new sensation.
