Join Betty as she discusses the importance of being present through self-observation in this episode Betty will share useful tips and tools to help you tune in to how you are feeling.
Tuning into self: self-observation, self-awareness and positive ownership. Continuing the exploration of being internally cohesive, this show explores the importance of self-observation, curiosity and awareness. Through tuning in to how we are functioning and feeling, we learn to stand outside ourselves.  This gives us space to decide how to react to this part of us, like frustration or anger. If we develop self-observation, we increase self-awareness... and it's a job that we will never technical finish, it's ongoing folks.
