In this episode of EFT Tapping Junction you'll discover why gratitude tapping is such a powerful way to raise your vibration. By tapping along during this episode, you can experience that power for yourself as you learn the tapping sequence for filling up your gratitude energy tank!

Steps for Gratitude Tapping:
1. Choose a person, pet, place, situation, a physical item, or memory you are grateful for.
2. Bring what you are grateful for to mind. Allow the image to be big, bold, and bright. If you have problems visualizing, attend to the sensations and feelings generated by thinking about what you're grateful for.
3. As you begin to tap, give voice, preferably out loud, about why you are grateful. Tap and talk as you move through the tapping points.
4. At the conclusion of the tapping round, place hands to heart (right hand over left or left hand over right) and allow the image of what you're grateful for to drop into your heart space.
5. Breathe into your heart space and exhale for a count of about 5 seconds in and 5 seconds out. As you breathe in, imagine a light of love and gratitude is surrounding the image of what you're grateful for.
6. Allow the positive energy and sensations to expand throughout your body as you really feel the love and appreciation around that which you are grateful for.
7. When ready, you may want to give thanks to your Source for that which you are grateful for, give thanks for this moment, give thanks for the gift of life, and then return to normal presence, normal awareness.
