Male fertility can be lowered by tobacco, alcohol, over the counter drugs, recreational drugs and heat from different sources. Numerous ways for men to improve their fertility and succeed at conception are available. Small changes in diet, exercise, lifestyle can mean the difference between fatherhood and childlessness.
18 FEB 2023 · Moringa, is rich in vitamins A, B, C, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, folic acid, beta carotene, pyridoxine, iron, calcium, phosphorus, copper and protein. For centuries Moringa has been used to fight infections, stomach ulcers, allergies, fevers and as a pain killer. Moringa is effective antibacterial agent against bacteria such as staphylococcus aureas and vibrio cholera. All parts of the Moringa plant are edible. Fresh leaves can be cooked as vegetables. Dried leaf powder can be added to sauces, curries, casseroles, plated food and make herbal tea. Dried Moringa flowers make great herbal tea. When added to food, Moringa greatly increases the nutritional value of the food. Moringa is indeed a super food and medicine

6 JAN 2023 · Foreign multinationals are uprooting mature baobab trees in Eastern Africa transplanting in their own countries. Why? The baobab is green gold. Baobab fruit is the most nutritious in the world with highest concentration of antioxidants and vitamins. The health benefits are many. The leaves are edible and equally nutritious. The bark and roots all of great commercial value. Baobab flowers, fruits and leaves have great medicinal value and have been used in traditional medicine for hundreds of years. The tree is fireproof, can withstand wild fire and deep freezing weather. Best part, they can live for thousands of years. This is green gold for many generations. The multinational companies have discovered they can make a tidy profit from Africa’s giant trees.
28 AUG 2021 · Why do people crave and eat soil or clay. Pregnant women say they eat soil because it reduces nausea, it is rich in iron which they need. Others say the soil smells and taste delicious. The more they eat the soil, the more they crave it. Eating soil or clay, can cause problems such as anaemia and intestinal obstruction. Soil does not contain any iron neither does it reduce nausea in pregnancy. The soil that is been eaten many be a source of intestinal worms. Despite these, many people will continue to eat soil. Even the local open air markets throughout the African continent sell stones and clay chips to people. Africa has a big market for clay chips. There is a solution to get rid of the craving for soil or clay. A local African solution that is low cost and readily available. A delicate recipe of millet, amaranth seeds and dried termites completely gets rid of the craving. If termites are not available, a mixture of millet and amaranth seeds will do. Other insects can be substituted for termites. This is an essential podcast for anyone craving soil or clay.
