Katrina Foe, a board certified holistic nutritionist, talks about extra weight as being a sign or message from our body and how we can actually be thankful to our body for letting us know that something is off-balance.
She tells us the reasons why women struggle with weight – and it’s not that they need more will power!
Katrina talks to us about blood sugar dysfunction, insulin resistance, intermittent fasting, metabolic flexibility, hormone balance and toxins. She talks about the importance of thyroid and actually tells us the numbers we should be aiming for. And in part 2 she shares tips to help prevent cancer in the first place and also to help prevent recurrence.
Katrina (a busy mom of 7!), tells us about her amazing story about finding a lump in her breast and how, driven by her core belief that the body can heal itself, overcame her cancer 100% naturally.
