This all started from last year, when I was fooling around with my friends and started putting out random Would You Rather's. Somehow, we eventually got to "Would you rather have love or money?" and narrowed it down further to "At age 29, would you rather have $10 million or your soulmate?" Our conversation moved on, but the question kept at my mind. So, at the end of this school year, I did a survey in a few of my classes asking this question to other classmates.

In this episode, some of the people surveyed explain their choice of money versus soulmate. My (meh) friend Ayesha Khawaja returns for a chat about this question, from discussing cultural influences to family ones. I also announce the final percentages for the survey (for those of you who only came for that, skip to 17:55) and do some recapping of this whole process, sharing my thoughts on the topic of soulmates and money.

I loved making this episode- I was surprised that others were interested in this sort of topic, and I had a lot of fun listening to people's reasons and reactions for this question. When I started this podcast, this episode was one of the first ones I wanted to do, and I'm happy that I got to create it.
