Listen to Triston share his story how he was put into an induced coma and woke up in a strange place and couldn't move his arms or legs. Away from his family and alone Triston struggled, but made it home. Only to find himself in a world of PTSD. He explains how it affected both him and his family. He tells us about things that worked and didn't work for him. He also touches base on talking to your kids about your PTSD and how your kids could be your best tool becoming a PTSD survivor.
