1 MAR 2021 · Why our aura is so important and how it can impact our daily lives and interactions? This episode takes us through the aura healing process and tools. We will go through a comprehensive definition of the aura that surrounds us and we will do an exercise together of understanding its qualities and defaults with the purpose to heal it.
Our first point of contact with the world is our aura, and it can often say more about us than our words do. All our interactions are dependent on our own aura and then on the aura of the person we are interacting with. This is why at times when we meet new people sometimes we instantly feel a mutual likeability and sometimes it’s the opposite. This is dependant on our aura type, the messages it transmits, and the energy it emanates.

1 FEB 2021 · In this episode of Open Hearts, we will continue talking about boundaries. We will look to identify in which spectrum do our current boundaries fall, are they too rigid, healthy or too loose, almost inexistent? The purpose is for us to build a healthy boundary system that can help us show up in our relationships in a more genuine way, to offer love and respect whilst we are also assertive about demanding the same in return. We will look at how having a better sense of one's self-identity will help us in the process of knowing what types of communication, behavior, and interaction are acceptable, according to our own set of values and belief systems.
Here are some questions to help us identify in which spectrum our boundaries fall within: healthy/rigid/ loose:
• Do you have a sense of what your boundaries are at this moment?
• Do you know what kind of behaviours and communications are acceptable to you?
• What are your limits?
• Are you assertive about your needs?
• Do you tend to put other people’s needs first?
• Have you ever experienced burnout?
• Do you find it easy or hard to say 'no' to others?
• Are you sacrificing too much for others, or too little?
• What kind of behaviours are you tolerating?
• Are you engaging mostly in activities that bring you happiness?
• Or are you engaging mostly in activities that are draining you?
• Are you focusing on the good people in your life, that feel light and joyous?
• Are you putting barriers between yourself and others?
• Or are you giving out too much too soon?
25 JAN 2021 · As we are now more than ever blending work and leisure within the same space, I found myself thinking about boundaries. What do they mean? What do they represent within our lives? How can we create and establish boundaries across our daily routine, habits and towards a better balance? Boundaries are to me one of the secrets for a happy mind. Before establishing boundaries, let's reflect on the areas and elements of life that bring you some joy.
- What is sacred to you in your daily routine?
- What does bring you joy and positivity in your relations (friends, family, love)?
- What are the rituals you know are fundamental to make your day brighter and special?
- What is non-negotiable to you at work? at home?
- What does make you feel anxious? words? type of language?
- What elements can shift your mind to a positive mindset?
- What would you like to create as a boundary and which field of your life?
I challenge you to do it for a week every single day and see how you feel.
Examples of areas where to create and apply boundaries: Friendships, Family, Social media, Work, language, music choices among many others.
Examples of tools and exercises that will help you to define those boundaries: Journaling, meditating, walking, running, conversations, sewing, reading, breathwork, yoga, mindfully eating.

Before making any changes in your life, take a moment to become aware of your inner dialogue.
Here are some questions to help you understand the relationship you have with yourself:
- What are your fundamental beliefs about yourself?
- How are you talking about yourself?
- How do you feel to be in your own shoes? In your own body? In your own mind
- Are you speaking to yourself and about yourself from a place of love, compassion and understanding, or is it from a place of self judgement and criticism?
- Are there some old ideas and beliefs that you need to let go of or are there thoughts that can be improved?
11 JAN 2021 · In this episode I share my thoughts about having (or not) a purpose in life along with the difference in between having a purpose and having your own sparkle that makes you stand out from the crowd. I reflect about how your perception can actually influence the way you live and therefore how you shine throughout your life.
Here is some journaling questions to help you reflecting about your purpose and your uniqueness:
- What did I love to do as a child ? (Feel free to ask your parents and friends around you)
- In which field or which activity do I thrive and I feel at ease today ?
- During which activity or element I might be surrounded by (nature, sea, etc) do I loose the sense of time?
- If there were no financial requirements, where would I spend my time and doing what ?
- What does make me feel in a bubble or in that zone when doing it ?
- What can you talk and discuss about during hours?
5 JAN 2021 · In this episode, I am revealing some tools and methods into recreating our reality and living a more conscious life.
